By accessing the Websites or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Websites or use the Services.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

- Be responsible for all activities under your account.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama. You waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous

- **Force Majeure**: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
- **Severability**: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- **No Waiver**: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
- **Assignment**: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
- **Entire Agreement**: These Terms constitute the full agreement, superseding prior understandings.
